Impact council meetings features

To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals the pace of allocation to impactful strategies from institutional investors must be accelerated, but the challenges to and benefits from doing so vary dependant on institutional type.

By convening the leading investors and asset managers in curated, closed doors, boardroom-style discussions our Impact Council Series is designed to stimulate action, accountability, capital allocation and deployment.

  • Everyone contributes: board-room style discussion led by sectoral experts.
  • Audience curated: tight ratio of investors to asset managers, with seniority and influence at the fore.
  • Openness encouraged: discussions run under Chatham House-Rule, designed to facilitate open conversation, meeting minutes provided after, with names and institutions redacted.
  • Lasting sector value: information fed into investor-type specific report designed to help overcome barriers to increasing investment.
  • Attendee profiles provided: to aid in understanding participant organisations, goals and values ahead of meeting.
  • Relationships built and strengthened: all attendees are provided a room night-prior, and access to the formal dinner.
  • Council value is measured: participant’s relationships, allocation and information quality, to help ensure council members desired outcomes are met.
